They have turned the attention of the customers to make payments through the digital modes through the use of bitcoin and other things. They have influenced many e-commerce websites to achieve the best results. This is a technology based company i.e. driven by the data. They have increased their business to a large level by raising the mobile checkout numbers to a huge amount of around 300%. The co-founder of Persollo is Olga Ole inikova. They have stretched their business over 13 countries. They help the social media platforms for making the proper advertisements (Persollo.com, 2018). They will need to capture the Australian market along with the European market as well. They have to increase the number of e-boutique business that they do today. This will probably enhance upon their chances of grabbing the larger market share. Thus Persollo would have to implement some strategies by which they can train their employees. I suggest I would have taken some post-training skill improvement tests on the employees. This would surely develop their chances of getting more customers.
